We hope you will visit our Social Hall during the High Holidays to see two beautiful additions of artwork by Mordechai Rosenstein. When he visited our Temple this past March for an Artist in Residence Weekend, he created an original painting as a donation to Temple Beth El. This beautiful artwork now graces the walls of the Social Hall. The phrase he featured in the piece, part of Psalm 145 which is painted in both Hebrew and English, says “You open your hand, Your favor sustains all living things.”
The second piece was purchased by our Sisterhood, and states “In Celebration of Sisterhood.” It was a colorful magnificent piece that is three dimensional.
This is a wonderful way to remember this incredible artist.
