Beth Pomerantz was a long time member of Temple Beth El, who cared deeply about education. She chaired the synagogue’s Education Committee for several years, and participated in just about every educational offering at Beth El. After she passed away in 2013, her husband Dave, children Philip and Sally, and several close friends decided to establish an education series to honor her passion for lifelong learning and to provide learning opportunities through study of a range of Jewish-related topics under inspiring teachers.
